Everything you should know before booking your Simpli Golf experience.

Booking & Deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and approved by Simpli Golf. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Advance Cancellations: Your 30% deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.
Day-of Cancellations: The full booking balance remains due, except where otherwise provided under our weather policy.
Rescheduling: All date changes are subject to availability and approval by Simpli Golf.

Event Timing & Delays
Your reserved event time begins at the agreed-upon start time.
Delays caused by venue access, guest readiness, or circumstances outside our control do not automatically extend your booking.
Late starts may result in reduced playing time.
Additional playing time may be available upon request and is subject to approval and additional charges.

Gameplay & Equipment
Our golf simulator uses Sky-Trak launch-monitor technology to track golf shots.
Poorly struck balls, mis-hits, and stray shots may occasionally fail to register. This is a normal limitation of simulator technology and does not necessarily indicate equipment malfunction.
For outdoor events, direct sunlight and ambient brightness may affect projector visibility.

Payments
The remaining 70% balance is due before event setup begins.
We accept cash and credit card payments through Wix. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% processing charge, disclosed on your invoice when applicable.
Additional services or extended event time may result in additional charges.

Weather & Outdoor Events
Outdoor events are subject to safe and suitable weather conditions.
Rain, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe conditions may require us to delay, pause, or cancel gameplay.
Simpli Golf reserves the right to suspend operations whenever conditions may endanger guests, staff, or equipment.
Weather-related cancellations and rescheduling are handled in accordance with our full Terms & Conditions.

Setup & Venue Requirements
Our standard simulator setup requires a minimum clear space of 14 ft long × 12 ft wide × 12 ft high.
The event location must provide a flat, stable surface and access to a suitable electrical outlet.
Clients are responsible for confirming that the venue can safely accommodate our equipment.
Adequate access must be provided for equipment delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Guest Safety & Equipment Care
All guests must follow instructions provided by Simpli Golf staff.
Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in suspension of gameplay.
Clients may be held responsible for equipment damage resulting from misuse or negligence, as outlined in our full Terms & Conditions.
